$29 is a one-time purchase for digital content that is available immediately. We still want you to be happy with it.

Requesting a refund

If the guide isn’t what you expected, email support@applicationplaybook.com from the address on your account within 7 days of purchase. Tell us briefly what didn’t work for you — it helps us improve.

What happens next

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show it.
• When a refund is issued, full access is removed from the account.
• Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded.

Exceptions

We may decline refund requests that come after the refund window, or where the content has clearly been copied or redistributed in violation of the Terms.
